- TVTrey VaughnJul 8, 20251.0My wife went there to open a business account and they pretty much discriminated as they didn't want to serve her because she has an accent and then continued to ask for a lot of paper work normally not even asked. The sad part ia she ia an American citizen. I really wouldn't advise anyone with an accent or different heritage to go there . Also this is relation to the Swansea branch; not all.

Then finally wouldn't cash check. Told me to go to otherside of Columbia to cash it. Would have been nice to get that 5 minutes in to the process.
