  If it wasn't for Ana they wouldn't even get the one star. She deserves a raise better yet a promotion. I sat in the lobby for over a hour for a credit card. When I arrived it was me and another man waiting so I thought it shouldn't be that long. After 30 minutes I decided to look at reviews and oh my were they true. This branch needs to be a complete clean out except Ana and bring new people with Ana being the branch manager. While in the lobby a woman came in with an attitude and slammed down her bags and just stood in front of one of the office door. I was thinking she going to get even madder if she thinks she is cutting in front of us and we already been her 30+ minutes. Oh to my surprise she actually work there. What a way to represent a business. Once a guy was finished with her office she went in there and shut her door and did not come back out to help anyone in the lobby. It was 4 of us waiting then. The guy that was in front of me said he had already been there 15 minutes. So then a man came out the office and approached the guy that was in front of me and asked what he needed and said as soon as he was available he will help him. Do you think he even acknowledge me, NO, as if I wasn't there. So once the man became free he got the guy took maybe 10 minutes, so of course I'm thinking thank God I am next. Do you think he came out there to help me knowing I had been there just as long as the guy he just finished helping. No he just sat in his office and said nothing. Thank God Ana became available and came to help me. Of course after Ana took me back the guy comes out of his office to help the next person after me. The only thing I can come up with is that he didn't want to help a black person which is sad this time and age. So at this branch my experience was awful except with Ana. Yall really need to clean house because this is sad. I worked at a credit union for 17 years and there is no way that would be tolerated. What they need to realize is that without members there is no branch which means no jobs. From reading other reviews I am not the first and if you don't fix the problem I will not be the last. This behavior starts from the top and reflects how the branch manager handles this branch which is not well maintained. While I was sitting there waiting I even looked up the other open branch and guess what their reviews was no better. What is going on here at Myrtle Beach SC area. I have never visited any branch from any company that is like this. I was thinking of bringing my accounts there but there is no way I would do that. I just got the credit card and out the door because I do not want to go anywhere that customer service is this awful. So all I have to do is pay my card online. Please listen to your members and look into your branches because your members deserve better. If you need it I am willing to take over and show you what customer service is.

  The service was fast and efficient, but the banking fees they charge should be illegal. $10 to cash a check drawn on Wells Fargo, when the payee doesn’t bank with WF.

  We have been a customers of this bank for about 12 years. Today I am done. Went into this branch on 544 and it was crowded. Someone (not sure if he was a Manager or no) approached and asked what we needed. We said we wanted to open another account to which he said we needed an appt. He said he would check to see if he had availability this afternoon or tomorrow, we indicated to check for tomorrow morning. He walked around, talked to other customers and totally ignored us. In the office behind me was a woman sitting at a desk (no customer, by herself). There were about four empty CS desks. There were at least 5 maybe 6 others waiting for service. We walked out in shock. We went to another bank and opened an account. I can understand getting busy but honestly this was a joke. I was a VP in a bank and had many other management positions and I never saw anything like this before.

  I manage a small business and I arrived with 30 minutes to get change for said business. The day after Memorial Day and you have one teller working? There’s about 6 bankers sitting down but one teller working? I ran out of time (the 30 minutes I waited with 5 people in line?) and was unable to get change for the business today. We are unable to accept cash today because of this bank. Thanks.
