- JGJoseph GranicSep 24, 20251.0Went into get just a couple temp checks and was told they no longer do that… Ordered checks last week and they haven’t showed up. So unless you physically go to the bank now you can’t get your money until checks show up. It’s a joke.

Get your online services straight and functioning !

They are all great and should be set as an example for people to observe what work is and how you clear a crowd of customers in an instant. I've banked here long before the emerge from Truists prior bank. I actually wait for Tonya because she knows my name which makes me feel she knows me. As a business owner, many times I've dealt with financial ups and downs. The market is as predictable as a set of dice these days. I do not assume Tonya is your best bank teller. I know. As I must settle elsewhere Tonya was the last to help me today. I've never fealt a true customer service way as she made me feal today. I'm a career long plumber that fell on hard times. Somehow a simple bank transaction lifted my sperit. I can only hope that Truist recognizes what I myself call WCCS. World Class Customer Service
