- JDJohn DukesAug 5, 20251.0If you’re on vacation and need a TD bank do yourself a favor and go to any other location than this one. Tellers here are absolutely rude, and the bank manger is horrible. She doesn’t seem to care about the customers at her branch. I went in for some help with my underaged daughter’s account. The woman who set it up never explained anything to me about it and we had stopped receiving the statements. I was not able to see the account through Moblie app as well. Upon entering the bank it was empty, which now I can see why. The male teller behind the counter was absolutely rude, and upon leaving I asked to speak to the manger. Who when approach was extremely defensive and rude from the beginning. After receiving terrible service I said I was going to close the account with the bank and the manager had the audacity to say okay that’s fine. It’s crazy to think that the branch manager is okay with someone closing 20+ years old accounts, over rude service and no help.
