- LJLaura JaneApr 19, 20252.0On Saturday, April 6, 2025, the ATM ate my debit card. I then paid for a ride to the branch open on Saturday and ordered a new card. Then I got an email dated April 8 at 5:33 am that the card shipped. The ETA in the email is 5-7 CALENDAR DAYS. Today is the 11th calendar day and I had to walk 3 miles and back to the only branch open on Saturday in order to pay my rent in cash since I can't get the card. I'm 65 years old - Why isn't there a TRACKING NUMBER on something this easy to steal and use?

Just a horrible experience from the time you open the door I recommend banking elsewhere. Will close accounts and move to a better financial institution. You stand in line for a cashiers check for them to point you to a line out the door. No direction what so ever in this bank.
