Hope the Veteran got extra $ for the harassment he received in not having this issue resolved in a timely manner. I know many people that will be canceling their accounts with Truist.

I asked to speak to a manager and she came out, I asked if she was the manager and she confirmed then passed by me and went to the teller and directed the teller what to tell me like I wasn’t even worth her time.
