Need an appointment for everything.This is the second time I have experienced this in the last year. I say second time because I make a point of not going there. This time it was close and simple, but again, the customer service does not exist. So it didn't happen. I am wondering why WF makes it so difficult to do banking with them? I wrote last time as well, nothing has changed. I don't write bad reviews. This is the exception.
