They are saying they are going to hold my funds for 7 more days after the check cleared yesterday!!! DONT BANK WITH TRUIST!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY DONT HELP WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE!! BE AWARE BEFORE YOU BANK HERE!!!

I am waiting for a check to clear for over the seven days that they first told me my account never was in the negative and my account always was in good standing so not only did I have to wait seven days they told me I have to wait one more day after the seven days. I hate this bank and they don’t like Black people. I am closing my account as soon as I get my money Never ever again And they are going out of business anyway because they’re closing all of the branches near me

So I asked them to give me 40 cash out my account and lady told me go to the atm. Every visit seems like they have an additude for something side I caught an additude because they sent my check to another person’s account causing me not to get it for a week and was extremely rude and inconsiderate then. After 3 years will for sure be switching banks
