    This may be the absolute slowest bank. I have ever used. They consistently move without any sense of urgency or attempt to help their guests in a timely fashion albeit. They are polite, it's just insane. How long it takes them to do something as simple as make a deposit.

    Worst banking experience of my life!! Would give zero stars!! Will be closing all my accounts as soon as they remove this hold on my deposited check that they’ve verified and the funds have been received! They are saying they are going to hold my funds for 7 more days after the check cleared yesterday!!! DONT BANK WITH TRUIST!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY DONT HELP WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE!! BE AWARE BEFORE YOU BANK HERE!!!

    They are the worst bank that I have ever had and they don’t like Black people. I am waiting for a check to clear for over the seven days that they first told me my account never was in the negative and my account always was in good standing so not only did I have to wait seven days they told me I have to wait one more day after the seven days. I hate this bank and they don’t like Black people. I am closing my account as soon as I get my money Never ever again And they are going out of business anyway because they’re closing all of the branches near me

    Called , spoken to in person and even talked to customer service about getting a new card due to mine not working. After 5 attempts and a few months later I am fed up. I go to the bank and the teller was rude. Shook her head at me. Acted like I was incapable of giving them my address after I gave it to them many times. Finally able to get my card sent to me after putting up a fuss. Truist was an amazing bank in the beginning but now I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    In a commercial vehicle that doesn't fit in the drive through, basically I can't do business with them until this pandemic is over, time to move on I guess
