    Come here to deposit a large jar of coins. Turns out they dont accept coins. So I guess its a bank where you can’t deposit money? Idk

    NO WALKINS WELCOME. Came in to get a replacement card. Sat in here for 15mins and no one came to serve me or ask me what I wanted.

    In December 2023 I called Truist to speak to a representative. Told she was on vacation, so they took my name and number and said she would call back the next week. Never heard back from. When I called back, she was not available so I asked to speak with the gentleman I usually deal with but he was on another call and would call right back. It has been six months and I never heard back from anyone. The 800 numbers are just as bad. I never had problem with SunTrust. They were always willing to help. Truist is the worse bank I have ever dealt with. What happened to friendly customer service.
