Each time, a “bankers” have been too busy on the phone or on their computers to deal with customers walking in. Seven people in line for two tellers. Worse service every time I come in.

Never heard back from. When I called back, she was not available so I asked to speak with the gentleman I usually deal with but he was on another call and would call right back. It has been six months and I never heard back from anyone. The 800 numbers are just as bad. I never had problem with SunTrust. They were always willing to help. Truist is the worse bank I have ever dealt with. What happened to friendly customer service.
