    The branch is great, but the bank is trash. Hitting people with fees for no reason. And FYI if you are a member of Sallie Mae; your payments get bounced regardless. It's a hassle having to get another bank solely because this one doesn't get along with a provider.

    Had a good experience with Jackie opening a new account and pulling things over from another bank. They really did try to meet all my requests without a lot of haggle. Edit: Seems any good help here comes and goes. Turned away today being told no one can help when both cubicles have people but are "being trained". Anyways, Katie Woods took care of us at Park Circle. We will be going to her for now on. Yall should do better especially being a part of "Nexton".
