- EJEricka JamesJul 26, 20251.0Myself & my daughter came into the branch to open an account for her we sit down for a couple minutes no one came or asked a question another family came in & sat down instantly the same man I saw (Kenny) come straight over & asked them do they have an appointment finished with them & turned asks us did we have an appointment I said no & stated we were there to open an account he says an appointment isn’t required but they were short so a wasted trip but I was left uneasy bc why didn’t we get greeted with the same help as the others ? & he didn’t even have a suggestion or help to offer any other resolution for their inconvenience …… smh better service better employees 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

He greeted me with an unfriendly and discriminatory attitude. I have been doing business with this bank for 29 years and Nichols' unprofessional and rude attitude made me want to close my bank account and stop doing business with him. I think Well Fargo should discipline and train their employees and teach them to communicate in a more polite and professional manner. Best regards!
