- AMAnn MoranAug 29, 20251.0It’s really terrible customer service that NO ONE one at the Westgate/WO Ezell branch in Spartanburg, SC can answer the phone. I have called 16 times from 11:30-4:30 today (Friday). Yes, they are open. No, it’s not something that can be handled on the mobile app.

- EJEricka JamesJul 26, 20251.0Myself & my daughter came into the branch to open an account for her we sit down for a couple minutes no one came or asked a question another family came in & sat down instantly the same man I saw (Kenny) come straight over & asked them do they have an appointment finished with them & turned asks us did we have an appointment I said no & stated we were there to open an account he says an appointment isn’t required but they were short so a wasted trip but I was left uneasy bc why didn’t we get greeted with the same help as the others ? & he didn’t even have a suggestion or help to offer any other resolution for their inconvenience …… smh better service better employees 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
- SCStanislav CherniakovJun 10, 20251.0I needed to open business account, scheduled appointment with Nicholas, had all required paperwork. After sending paperwork to his email he said that they need additional address confirmation, I had to leave town next day and needed bank account opened same day Nicholas said it’s not possible and I said that I’ll go to other bank if they open business account same day I’ll move my personal account as well. Nicholas said that’s would be my only option. So that’s what I did. I never had any problems with Wells Fargo, but because I lost my time and I wasn’t helped the same day I decided to move work with another bank. I was able to easily open business and personal accounts with Truist Bank, I’m closing all my accounts with Wells Fargo. I don’t recommend this branch unless you want to lose your time there.
