- BBBrian BerklandAug 25, 20251.0Negative 5 stars. There are constantly issues with their system and the ATMs especially. Recently I've had an ATM jam and effectively steal several hundred dollars that I deposited. Wells Fargo should have resolved this within one day but has stated it will be 10 business days and credited me with a .01$ to make up for their mistake. I'm considering legal action and I definitely will be closing my account.

Theres constantly a problem with the system, suprise fees, excuse after excuse with these people. Nearly 3 weeks ago, they cancelled my debit card and didnt tell me. 2 weeks later, i call to get the status of my new one, and I was told they didn't know I needed to be issued another card. How? You canceled it and I should have been issued a new card immediately but here we are three weeks later and still no card, I was told, I don't know what happened by the banker on the phone. And I use that term, Banker, very loosely. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
- MTMel TookerJan 3, 20191.0Wells Fargo used to be THE bank to secure your funds and take out loans. Starting in 1852, it grew to be the largest bank in the US. How the mighty have fallen. For some reason, today using this branch, they said I could not use a cashiers check to pay my mortgage. Instead I was told to overnight it to their mortgage center in Iowa, which only cost $42 at UPS. I'm hoping they do not mess with my account because of this poor review. I cannot recommend Wells Fargo for your banking needs.
