- BBBrian BerklandAug 25, 20251.0Negative 5 stars. There are constantly issues with their system and the ATMs especially. Recently I've had an ATM jam and effectively steal several hundred dollars that I deposited. Wells Fargo should have resolved this within one day but has stated it will be 10 business days and credited me with a .01$ to make up for their mistake. I'm considering legal action and I definitely will be closing my account.

Since I was acting as a translator, the associate that was helping us (Sophia Banner) was making it easy on my mom as if she wouldn't need a translator. I loved that, she took her time, and made sure my mom understood the basics of what needed to be done. And the things that would require for her to not have monthly fees. We came after 2pm, was a but busy, but it also didn't take too long to get an account opened up. I'd say Sophia was great that day. Helped out and did a great job. Thank you!
