As the seller, communication from Jason was a consistent issue — responses were slow and often required multiple follow-ups, primarily from our realtor. Throughout the process, it frequently felt like little progress was being made unless our realtor reached out, and there were long stretches with no updates or visible work being done on the buyer’s loan. The financing process took nearly two months to complete, far longer than expected, with minimal explanation for the delays. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and urgency made it seem like the loan was not actively being worked on or treated as a priority. While the transaction was eventually completed, I would recommend others proceed with caution, especially if timely progress and proactive communication are important.
