- CBCT BradeyDec 1, 20231.0Before I say anything, the ladies at Duncan are amazing, though all of the equipment is slow and/or not updated to the high dollar fancy stuff they have at Spartanburg. Duncan is without a doubt the best local branch and the least cared-for by the bank company. Every time I have ever been to the Spartanburg branch, service has been painfully slow. There's an excuse or a time limit that has been surpassed for every service, and I can't complete the transaction. With the rebrand to look like a big bank and the new expensive looking branch in downtown Spartanburg to look like a big bank they have finally achieved acting like a big Bank. I'm tired of the inconveniences and it hurts more having bad service knowing it used to be good. I hold both commercial and personal accounts and will be canceling all of them.
