It’s Saturday and the same car is still sitting at the window in front of me for 10minutes +.
Fire the whole staff and hire people who can do the job at a normal speed.

I won't bank at this branch again. Today how I was treated was wrong, and I would never handle a customer the way I was. Today I went to turn in some bonds a family member left to me, series EE bonds. When I went to the bank to deposit them into my account the teller was having a hard time figuring out how to do it which is understandable, so they went and got a person named Will (who I assume is the manager, but didn't tell me what his title was), to help them in the process. He seemed aggravated with the teller even having to ask him, and seem to be belittling her while explaining the process. This being none of my business I just remained quiet at the counter. My first issue arose personally with Will, when I began asking questions about the bonds I was turning in. All the information I had gathered before going in said they would double in the first twenty years. And when they had done it the way they did it this was not the case. When I asked why,I was not giving a direct answer other than, I didn't know what I was talking about, and that I was wrong. I was asked if I would like the money today or tomorrow by Will, and when I asked if there was a difference, he replied like I didn't understand the basics of the question, saying again, "you want it today, or tomorrow". I understood the basics of the question, and wanted to make sure there was no fees for getting it today or tomorrow or there would be any special procedures for that to take place. When I asked again gently, he broke it down as if I was an imbecile, saying "either you'll get the money today, or you'll get the money tomorrow" at this point I realize how I'm being treated is not in my mind, and don't waste my time trying to argue my obvious point. Now I just want to get away from these people, so I gather my things and go as soon as they're done. On a 28 year old 50 dollar bond they gave me 70 back. For it to say they are guaranteed to double in the first 20 years, and this to be the case, I would have at least like for them to be able to explain to me how things worked. Instead when I tried to get information I was treated as an imbecile, given no ground for the points I presented, and felt it a shame that people in this professional of a setting, handled me the way that they did. The clerk did her best, and even experienced from Will what I did. I will not be handled like this at a place where I trust people with my money and to be knowledgeable in the field that I'm trusting them in.

I've banked at this location going all the way back to when it was First Federal. Recently, it has gone downhill to the point I will never set foot in this particular branch again and will most likely be moving my personal and business accounts elsewhere. I can't speak to the attitude and performance of all the employees, but the tellers are the absolute worst I've ever had to deal with.

A friend of mine (who is a person of color, and yes I fid this relevant to this as I do think this woman acted a certain way towards him because of race) went to make a deposit for work and the women who was at the front desk (white, a little bit on the bigger side, older) asked for his ID, then his SSN, and then proceeded to ask him what his occupation was, where he lived, how old he was- essentially really person questions that she is in no liberty asking in her position. He was simply making a deposit for the company he works for which this company if fully aware of this- and yet she was asking all these personal questions that had nothing to do with his deposit which no other employee has done to him before and she had no liberty in her position to ask these questions. Not to mention all these questions were asked out in the open which could risk his identity being stolen- also why is a receptionist and not a banker asking for all this?
