To our surprise, she was most unfriendly. Her greeting was cold, and lacked any sign of courtesy. My wife's English is not the best, and the manager's behavior was rude in stopping my communication with my wife as I tried to help her understand the manager's questions. The manager's rude attitude made us leave theTRUIST branch without opening the bank account. TRUIST, please choose courteous employees to attract and keep customers.
- DEDEWESS EnterpriseJun 7, 20241.0Showed up 15 mins before bank opened drove 45 mins away from home to come grocery shopping at aldis and go to my bank at the same time both open at 9 am i was told to leave the truist parking lot until 9 when they opened mind you I drove an hour away and showed at 8:45 am , 15 mins ? And you're gonna kick me out the parking lot . I've never had this problem in my life as a business owner that invested his money into the bank . I'm gonna be closing my account and moving to another bank due to this altercation. Everything I come to this location it is nothing but aggravation and problems
