My wife and I went to the TRUIST Hillcrest branch this afternoon to open a bank account. The young lady branch manager helped us. To our surprise, she was most unfriendly. Her greeting was cold, and lacked any sign of courtesy. My wife's English is not the best, and the manager's behavior was rude in stopping my communication with my wife as I tried to help her understand the manager's questions. The manager's rude attitude made us leave theTRUIST branch without opening the bank account. TRUIST, please choose courteous employees to attract and keep customers.

SunTrust side is rude, they shorted me 50 dollars when I went to get change. They did not band the ones when they gave it back to me, so I couldn't count it until I got back to my store, they did not post that there lobby is closed. Really terrible, had to wait in a hot line twice because of them. Maybe they should learn customer service from there bbt side.
