To our surprise, she was most unfriendly. Her greeting was cold, and lacked any sign of courtesy. My wife's English is not the best, and the manager's behavior was rude in stopping my communication with my wife as I tried to help her understand the manager's questions. The manager's rude attitude made us leave theTRUIST branch without opening the bank account. TRUIST, please choose courteous employees to attract and keep customers.

They did not band the ones when they gave it back to me, so I couldn't count it until I got back to my store, they did not post that there lobby is closed. Really terrible, had to wait in a hot line twice because of them. Maybe they should learn customer service from there bbt side.
