- DDDan DavisDec 13, 20251.0I have been a TD Bank customer for more than 20 years, and this bank has gone down hill a lot. They are charging more and more for their services, they don't have nearly enough atm's, and their customer service reps (tellers) are rude, especially at the downtown Spartanburg branch. I cringe whenever I have to go inside to deal with those people I would find another bank, except for the hassle of changing over my direct deposit and credit card links. But I urge any new potential customers to move on to another bank, because TD Bank is an unfriendly bank
