In fact the teller even shared wrong info about my account. Will be moving my accounts very soon. Customer service is the worse I have ever experienced as far as a bank goes!!!!

Each time I come into the location, they tell me what new services or accounts may be available to me and anything else I can do to be approved for a particular type of loan in which I may be interested . The ladies here are friendly and, above all, courteous! I appreciate this from my financial institution.
- MCMatthew CombattiNov 6, 20191.0After a year of having the account, a fraudulent charge appeared for a mere $20, but the bank could not do anything to rectify this. It's about principal. Turns out, Founders is not FDIC insured. I have removed my money from the account and closed it. I advise everyone stay away from Founders, and go to an FDIC insured bank. Founders cannot protect you from fraudulent activity or protect your investments. Don't take chances!
