H.Dec 29, 20251.0Went to withdraw $500 from the ATM and it did not dispense BUT it was taken from my account on Chritmas Eve, Bank said they would give me provision credits while they investigate, so this is a provisional 1-Star review until I get my money back and the investigation is completed and my money is officially returned. Im assuming the dispenser malfunctioned because I called the ATM 3rd party who told me he reset the code on the ATM and it was good to go now. So they are most definitely aware there was a problem and I've attached a picture of the ATM dispenser with a red light indicating it had malfunctioned along with the out of order sign placed on the machine AFTER it took my money and I made my formal dispute. Still waiting on provisional credits although I know it takes time. I will say everyone inside and over the phone I have talked to has been helpful.... but im still $500 short and will update this review once my money is returned.

I was told today that as long as I have a balance with CPM on my checking account and credit card account I could not get my title until those have been paid off. I will never do business with CPM Federal Credit Union again as they do not treat their customers right when it comes to needing a car payment deferred and etc. I want to say that Tavares is a great person to deal with when it comes to customer service inside the branch
