- ZHZachary Hunsader2 days ago1.0This bank never has enough staff to handle my needs, you cannot even send a 5 minute wire transfer without an appointment. I only come in when the wires are over the online limit. This bank just lost a large business customer because they don't manage themselves well. Bank of America and First Citizens have never told me to come back hours later to send a wire, they always have someone available, or ask me to take a seat, and someone will squeeze me in asap.
- KWKrystal WellenNov 28, 20252.0Not thrilled with this bank or their customer service. I was depositing a check today which required a manger to verify. Lisa, the manager, came over to the counter where I was making my deposit and proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes asking the most personal questions in front of all the other customers in line. Because they only had one teller working, the line was rather long, and in a quiet bank, everyone was waiting and listening. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. If you need to discuss someone’s sensitive bank information, pull them to a separate area. I just opened my account here less than a month ago, and I will be researching to find a different bank to use that hopefully has better customer service so that I can close my account here.

While I was there to complete a transaction, I overheard the branch manager, Jeremy, make a sexual comment. This made me extremely uncomfortable and is not behavior I expect or consider acceptable in a professional environment. I am bringing this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately. Please be advised that I will also be contacting the EEOC for further guidance on how to proceed.
