- AAAlexis AustinApr 16, 20241.0I came in to cash a check today (4/16/2024). The check I had is with first citizens Bank(The company Banks with them). I've cashed a check like that before, except at another location in Greenville. So Mrs. Sharon looking typing stuff in the computer, I've been standing there almost 5min (I'm on a break mind you). Then she's like I need to call and verify. Call and verify what? Just cash my check. She's like it's policy. It's definitely not and clearly you see they have an account with you all. I don't appreciate all the extras or presumptuous (Its fake) even though you knew it wasn't. So took my check and left. Everyone else was friendly.

Right from acknowledging your entry to taking care of the reason for your visit. The staff here is courteous and friendly. So I trusted them with my money !! Will do business with them again.
