Instead of answering a question then going to ask after the fact. And they were wrong to begin with. Also ask for statements to be printed. They already charge for that. And she printed the wrong dates/months. Been coming and banking here for years. But now I’m considering leaving. The big tall lady with the glasses. Needs training.
