- LSLuciano SmurfSep 5, 20241.0Bank has gotten to big, it's hard to call and talk to someone everything is a terrible phone system that keeps saying a whole bunch of useless crap when you call in. I don't need my balance I have web and app for that why do I always have to listen to it when calling. I seldom call (once a year or less) but this last time I had to do a stop payment for a check lost in the mail sent out by bill pay. FC didn't tell me when cancelling the bill pay check there would be a stop payment fee of $35. Why am I getting a fee for canceling a bill pay check lost in the mail for over 20 days??? Ridiculous and shows the bank isn't here to help you but to take your money. Of course when I called in they graciously waived this one fee since I haven't had any in the past but then told me if I do have any issues in the future no such grace would be extended. Feels like being punished when you did nothing wrong, and that isn't even counting that they are on the honor system they ever even sent the check out because there is no proof.. Terrible.
