    Drove over an hour to cash a check After speaking with a representative over the phone. Only to be greeted with the most disrespect I have ever received from a manager. My license had a small crack And I haven’t had any issues previously Cashing with Wells Fargo In Gainesville, Georgia. I’m a business owner and time is money. The fact that this gentleman had to assort His authority over something so small And be so rudely disrespectful to me Ruined any chances of me opening an account with Wells Fargo. I’m having some issues with my previous bank And I was looking to open up a new Business account The check was for a pretty large amount. But when I told the gentleman I had a picture of the license He asked to see, as I was looking through my phone and my Photos, he’s so rudely asked me do you have it or not? When I say my blood boiled I mean, it really pissed me off. I can understand the issues with the license. I completely do. I’m a big fan of security. But nobody deserves that type of Disrespect in a place of business. The gentleman seemed very cocky and acted if he was trying to assort his place in front of the ladies at the front desk. It was very weird. If this is the type of people that Wells Fargo allow for employment, and this is how they treat their customers. I want no part of business with them. Shame on Wells Fargo. I’ll be opening a business account with South State Bank. I recommend them for anybody. They’re highly recommended and always hold the upmost respect for customers that bank with them and do not bank with them. Do better, Wells Fargo Sincerely, Kevin Owner and CEO, First Solutions

    Never, I mean never answer the phone. Why have a phone if you never answer it? Bad service. I pay $10 a month for no service!

    They never fix there ATM's so you have to drive to the main branch sit in line for 20 minutes because the lines so long . It's getting ridiculous.
