- DRDaddy RooSep 27, 20251.0This has to be the most staffed and slow TD bank in the country. Depoits which are in order from least to greatest IE organized bills and large bills, take over 5 min a tra section and when a customer if in your drive through for over 15 min and the bank manager doesn't do anything to help it even notice that the same car has been in her drive through for an exceedingly amount of time and she does absolutely nothing. The big question here is "Leadership " which i have now found at multiple TD banks where the bank manger has zero personality and seemingly doesn't care to help further are there no male bank managers out there or are we still the problem???

It had been a while for me unfortunately....but that all changed after I went to TD bank in Seneca and opened an account. From the moment I opened the door I felt welcomed and appreciated. Jeff was OUTSTANDING! Professional but approachable and friendly. Knowledgeable and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely going to be my new go-to for all of my banking needs. To Jeff's boss: Give that guy a raise please and never let him go!!!
