Friendly and personable as they don't change staff frequently so folks know you when you walk in or drive thru! Very affordable rates and ease of account access. A "national bank feel" with a "hometown" basis. Local banks are where it's at if you want real people with real lives here in America to manage, hold and disperse your funds.
