Title: The ATM Card Comedy
Trying to use my ATM card at this bank is like embarking on a wild treasure hunt—except the treasure is my own money, and it's nowhere to be found!
Inside, the tellers are friendly elves, but call the 800 number, and you’ll find customer service is more useless than a chocolate teapot. For 9 months, my card has been a glorified piece of plastic with $105 on it, just waiting for a magician to make it work!
So, if you're feeling lucky, give it a try! Just know you might end up in a comedy show titled "Why Is This Card So Shit?"

Very understaffed, unprofessional bank. After waiting a long time for one simple transaction we left. The teller at the window was crying and said she was having a nervous breakdown because she is so overworked...wow First Citizens. You need to do better. Moving my accounts next week.
