Inside, the tellers are friendly elves, but call the 800 number, and you’ll find customer service is more useless than a chocolate teapot. For 9 months, my card has been a glorified piece of plastic with $105 on it, just waiting for a magician to make it work! So, if you're feeling lucky, give it a try! Just know you might end up in a comedy show titled "Why Is This Card So Shit?"
