- MMMeikaJul 24, 20251.0I was having an issue with the app, and I was told by the call center to come in the office. I provided my ID and bank card. I provided my telephone number and the previous telephone number. I showed them the issue on my phone while logging the bank app. The app would not allow me to make my new phone number a primary. Now the teller starts asking me where I work, based on looking at my account, then they asked me what my last transaction was, and then they asked me what my second last transaction. That was unnecessary. I had already provided my ID, bank card, and myself. Also, I let them see my phone and showed them the issue while I was logged into my bank account. Clearly, they weren't properly trained, asking me unnecessary further questions while I already provided proof of who I was. The issue was not resolved, and I was disgusted with the teller acting like I wasn't who I said i was. Very unprofessional.

Hands down the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Would NOT recommend anyone open an account here, unless you enjoy horrible service and being treated as a doormat.
