I came for a check conversion on behalf of my employer, and was spoken to so condescendingly that it'd make a toddler cringe. He's obviously not aware of his own company's policies on check conversions for businesses, and he's very snide and snarky. You may want to think twice about whom you place as service managers! This is why most people prefer to utilize local credit unions versus big banks!!!
