First they denied the transaction because they said my ID was too late. So I went to the DMV got a new ID came back and they said that they're still not going to cash the check because we have to have additional forms of ID
- TCToni ClarkFeb 21, 20253.0To start off, the women we have dealt with at this location have all been very helpful and super nice. Personal banker DC has been the most helpful. I am reviewing the condescending male "manager" who talked down to my relative who is visiting from another state and me. She has been banking with Wells Fargo for many years in another state and comes to visit regularly. This man was very dismissive to us and told us we would need an appointment with a banker. When in the past we have never had to make an appointment. There was only one other customer in the bank. We went to a teller who was able to help and answer our questions and the manager came over to her and just stood behind her. I don't know, things seemed awkward and honestly kind of creepy. That was the first time we have experienced or seen this manager. Five stars for the employees, one star for the manager.
