- SBSamantha BellSep 18, 20251.0Went in to make a couple changes to accounts. Was told to have a seat and wait. Another Person walks in and goes straight back in office. Bank officer and customer sit back there and talked about Amazon and other junk, while I waited. Finally when thinking it was my turn. Another customer done with the teller walked up to the guy I had been waiting on and started talking I got mad and walked out. I didn’t have all day for him to socialize.
- OOOzJul 1, 20251.0If I could pick no stars I would. My wife and I have been at this branch for several years I recommend finding a better bank than Truist. We applied for a loan at this location when we received mail with our name on the envelope but main page had another customers name and their info on it was a major red flag I called them reported it and was told somebody would reach out to me well several weeks later and nothing from them yet. Stay away if you like your info protected because they don’t care!!!!!!
