- SBSamantha BellSep 18, 20251.0Went in to make a couple changes to accounts. Was told to have a seat and wait. Another Person walks in and goes straight back in office. Bank officer and customer sit back there and talked about Amazon and other junk, while I waited. Finally when thinking it was my turn. Another customer done with the teller walked up to the guy I had been waiting on and started talking I got mad and walked out. I didn’t have all day for him to socialize.
- TGTakeysha GrantSep 26, 20241.0To all do not bank with this bank some employees are taking money out of people accounts changing they statements around so it won’t look as if the employees are stealing then when you call customer service there is nothing they can do because they are looking at the changes the scammers did so they are going by what they see even if you have proof they took from me 177.00 and left my account in the negative I paid for something for 11 dollars on the 24th when the scammers changed my statement around they put it as if I paid 11 dollars for something on the 25th so they charged me twice some employees been scamming truist for years now I will be closing my account and never looking back 😡
