    I am so disappointed i am not a member of the bank i walked in yesterday i was greeted so i was happy at first i never been to this bank before so i was looking forward to it i stood in line for about 20 mins bc it was one teller and i didnt mind so it was my turn and i was cashing a check it was issued to me from their bank so i didnt think it was no problem i had all my forms of id since i wasnt a member i told her i need to check a check she looked at it and told me she had to verify which i wasnt mad at all bc i know thats a part of the job i told her i left my letter from the lawfirm at home it had a number on it as well she said i got to call the number on file rude like so i let it go by not taking it to offense she seen two people get in line behinf me it was just me when she seen that it was like she was trying to push me out the way to serve them she told me they didnt answer and she couldnt hold on or call back. I said okay well can i see another teller in the office she said i am that i said you know what i mean because at this point she was rude pushing me off to get to the next when she could of said let me get them ill try again after them but no she told me you can go to a check cashing place or your own bank like we cant help you and i was upset at that time and hurt because i was excited about being at a new bank but now i will never go to that location again so rude went to another location same bank with no issues. So i will not be referring anyone to this bank. Need to be more mindful of your members feelings and not being rude very disappointed.

    Somewhat disappointed, I had to come to ATM twice in a week and both times the machine could not dispense cash. I had to go to Founders to use my card and was charged $3 for each transaction. This was not convenient for me but I had to do it. I feel like your bank should reimburse the $6 back to us.

    It really doesn't matter what bank location you use, truist has a MAJOR fraud issue!!! Ive had multiple fraud transactions one amounting in almost 2k ! My teen daughter has an account there and she's already had two fraud cases one over $300 that didn't go through bc she didnt have the funds. This bank has a weak system for fraud and if you value your money take your business to any other bank. Truist should come with a warning label !
