He asked for my social Security number and drivers license When he saw that I have a social Security card he says “this is a non US social security card… to which I replied “is this not the US we are right now?. (I have a valid social security card since 2001) He then started to stutter trying to explain why he called it that. He then threw my documents back to me with offensive manner saying “ ok I won’t help you then” I’ve been in this beautiful country for 27 years and I’ve never encountered this type of behavior in any other bank. I saw the rating of this bank in rock hill with a 100% good rating and I thought this is the one I’d go to to open a savings account but to my surprise this was the worst I’ve ever walked in to. I would call this RACIST. I’m Hispanic 45 years old I’ve seen much worse but NOT in a bank. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. Sharing this to all social media to let everyone know NOT to go here if you are Hispanic and don’t want to be disrespected by a Racist guy inside that racist place .
