- ASAngie SAug 4, 20221.0Ive had nothing but problems here. They didn't know their own mortgage policies for home refinancing and wasted over a month of my time while the interest rates went up. Refinancing was so much easier with another bank. Now they don't accept any visa cards at all. So I can't make payments with my card. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere before they make anymore policy changes!

Instead of helping me, they just closed my account, and now my direct deposit was sent back to my company, and I have to wait for them to reissue a paper check now. Horrible...nonhelpful...useless credit union. Take your money elsewhere before it ends up happening to you to.
