- DHDev. hillery_Jul 19, 20204.0I’m not sure why but it seems like there’s always something that Founders wants to verify with my account.. and if that password expires or something without any notice telling me to change it I can’t do that until the next business day especially when I’m having important things to get done over the weekend. So I currently can’t even access my account at all. I think there should be another customer service helpline over the weekends to mitigate problems such as this.
