    Brittany is the true definition of what customer service is not! She is rude and has a very bad attitude. First Citizens should know about her attitude and take accountability of why she is allowed to speak to customers the way she does. She is very unprofessional. This branch is located in the small town of Prosperity, SC. The town is small and I was thinking that I would receive the small town friendly customer service. Maybe I didn't look like Brittany's normal customers she sees daily in Prosperity, SC. Nevertheless her service is unacceptable. Regardless of my race or the amount of money I have in my accounts, the level of service should be the same regardless.

    This bank has some shady tellers. Went there to cash my payroll check and bonus check and to deposit just enough to be pay a bill and the teller took my money out my account instead of contacting me and saying hey I think I may have gave you too much cash back. It's the teller fault for not dubble checking her self at the moment and correcting it never had the problem at any other banks but this one.
