- MCMichael CarrollJul 18, 20245.0I have to say the service provided by Nicole Mingledorff is the reason I love banking with CPM. She is professional, courteous, & outstanding at her job. I've applied for two loans (both through her) and she made it fast and efficient. I came to her last second today and she was able to get me approved for my loan as well as helping me make my wire transfer. She was very busy when I came in, helping out all of the other customers but still made the time for me. I also want to thank Jennifer as well. She was obviously trained by the best (Nicole) and I loved how much she took the time to getting to know me than just seeing me as another customer. These two ladies deserve all the praise and I hope to be seeing them again soon.
