Have been banking with them since way back years ago and when they were still knowing as being called by the original ‘BB&T Bank’, until they had changed out their name entirely to ‘Truist Bank’.. Could not ever even imagine myself having to go with a different bank nor will I willingly be going out to get another bank account opened up with any other bank besides where I’ve been & am planning to continue with myself being there for as long as possible or that I can be!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone at this branch has always been polite and courteous and efficient when I transact. Regardless of what institution you bank with you may have a positive or negative experience with. I know some of my bank branches won’t see me cross their threshold again. But I love my Powdersville girls.

Do not take out cash from this ATM if you bank elsewhere. You accept the service fee of $3.50 then later on this bank will charge you another $2.50. So $6.00 just to take out some cash. Beware of this banks shady practices.

Very rude employees. Cindy James acts like she hates her job and HATES being at work. They are slow and don't know what there doing.

The teller Cindy James is probably the one of the rudest tellers I've ever dealt with. I will not be returning to this branch again. Lucky I'm not changing banks all together
