Debbie assisted me with this matter & she was so nice & friendly! She greeted me with a smile & we had a good laugh about my wallet experience (I dropped it in a large body of water)! She was a caring person with a beautiful spirit & I needed that type of experience on Monday! I asked her if there was a way to expedite a new bank card. She asked Jason (branch manager) to be sure & he stated that it could be done. He took the time to write the number down for me & explained the process. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I received from Debbie & Jason! They're doing a wonderful job!!!

I was given my receipt and left. By Monday it still wasn't even pending so I went up there. I was told that the teller accidentally put it in someone else's account and I had to wait up to ten days to get it back. I have bills to pay and they gave my money away and I have to wait to get it... They were not very helpful and that's sad due to the fact it was their mistake

Everything was going ok until they shut down due to covid 19. We are very disappointed with their decision to closing this branch during the epidemic,especially since the virus is very limited in this area. I am currently in the process of pulling out, as I have been unable to access my safe deposit box.
