    Just a word of advice if you deposit a check into the atm Friday after close of business it will not hit your account until Tuesday.

    Since changing from bb&t to truist the service has gone downhill. My account has been compromised several times since then & customer service is lacking also. Looking for a new bank!

    Only because I can't give zero stars. I stopped to take money out of the ATM. Their ATM did not give me my money yet they took it out of my account and suddenly there is nothing they can do. I am a BBT customer. Now I have to file a claim and wait days on the money they never gave me but took anyways
