- CBCharles BardoAug 7, 20251.0Absolutely terrible, first sign of trouble was a $10 charge for cashier checks. Real problems started when I tried to use my debit card and got a message that my card was reported lost even though I had not reported it lost. Was informed that my account was closed due to some kind of fraudulent activity. Local branch manager could not provide any info and never received a response from whoever the fraud team is, I really feel a that reason should be provide. Now the fun part, I was told that a direct deposit that I was expecting would be available for me to withdraw along with my ending balance once it posted. I was told that I could do this at my local branch on Monday August the 4th. When I arrived I was told that a check was drafted and would be mailed. Still have not received it as of August the 7th. Communication is awful, the tellers are very good and the only highlight, however they seem to have a lot of info hidden from them and have to rely on a very unpleasant, and unhelpful manager.
