I had previously went to two other truist locations, and they didn't want to deal with my situation or said they couldn't help me.

And then another 30 minutes while they served just to people. If you’re going to have a drive-through you need to have all of the tellers open. There were only two of the four open. I closed out my account today and do not plan on returning!
