- PPPenelopeDec 30, 20251.0ZERO RATING if possible. Manager Tiffany is very rude and has a horrible attitude with customers. Not friendly no people skills at all. The only young African American guy that sits up front is also very rude and is not helpful at all. Will be contacting the corporate office. This branch needs better management immediately.

- LFLisa FraserDec 2, 20231.0Whenever my scheduled automatic payment vendor requests payment it seems that CPM will wait at least 5-7 days from that date before releasing the payment to the vendor. And it seems rather suspicious that they hold releasing money but that’s because they’re banking on members account balances to go lower and then CPM releases payments and the charges the men NSF of $32.00. This is some very unscrupulous unethically business. I’m changing all my direct payments out of CPM credit union in Orangeburg immediately!!

This is a bank that has no compassion or respect for there clients and they refuse to do what’s right. I have never been to a bank like this. I feel like it’s the only bank I’ve ever banked with and have been sorely disappointed. They have taken hundreds of dollars from me and hide behind non sufficient funds. What makes it even more horrible is the way they disrespectfully talk to you. Will be closing my account to day. Wish I never opened it with them.
