Website indicated it was not busy, and people spend approximately 20 minutes there. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 years and recently moved to an area where there are no branches near me. Drove 45 minutes to add someone to my account and they wouldn’t do so because we didn’t have an appointment. Maybe consider that adding that to your credit website! I plan to move all my accounts first thing next week.
