I was closing my sons account whom died and had all the nessarity paper work, the banker Elizabeth didn't know what she was doing, I was there for a hour and at the end had to go to tellsers window to get check and the teller Crystal asked me for I'd again and the Elizabeth was with me and I had to give two forms of ID and the ein number from the irs. Which they don't need and the Crystal very nasty says to me to stop yelling at her. the whole bank heard me yell then. No condolences , no sympathy just attitudes. So happy I don't deal with wells fargo. I will never ever deal with wells Fargo again. And I will be writing a letter to corporate. The way I was treated was uncalled for.

- DPDeidre PrittAug 4, 20251.0GONE ARE THE DAYS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The new branch/branch relocation in North Myrtle Beach, SC is a joke. Too bad there are no ZERO stars. Very little parking, no drive thru or drive up ATM with the claim it is the new Wells Fargo policy to do away with these siting "safety concerns". Who's safety because it is certain not the customer who will need to walk across to/from another business's parking lot , maybe with cash to deposit or cash you may have withdrawn from the ATM...not safe at all. Getting into and out of this location is not convenient and will surely result in several parking lot accidents. Same rude employees, bad location, lacks customer friendly services an overall waste of money. I will be changing banks which is of not concern to management (?) as I am not a big money customer.
