- ECella claerSep 6, 20251.0i am disappointed and very deeply disturbed. i witnessed an employee named Africa and a customer making disturbing and inappropriate comments at this location. while in conversation with the customer, Africa says “i can’t tell if it’s a boy or a girl” referencing a customer her customer was talking about and also commenting on. Africa casually asks “what are we even supposed to do if we don’t know” as she and the customer in question continued making inappropriate comments about the customers appearance/gender expression. this is completely unprofessional and should not be acceptable to wells fargo.
