because why is the atm out of service every single time i come to the bank?! ive avoided this branch for months for this same reason, and apparently nothing has changed. drive thru line moves at a snail's pace.
bank is a bit outdated in terms of services. there's no advanced paycheck release, and although i have overdraft turned OFF for my account, they routinely allow transactions to post days in advance of the posting date which has caused my account to have a negative balance more than once. and they let the transactions post for far more than the $100 buffer that comes with their checking accounts! customer service is all outsourced, scripted reps who are ill equipped to resolve customer issues. will be looking for a new bank soon

Line was 12 deep on a Saturday with only 2 tellers.
Since the switch from SunTrust, there has been a noticeable decline in service. Don't get me started on them allowing someone to withdraw from our account from ANOTHER STATE without confirming ID!!!

Went to make a relatively small withdraw on a Saturday and was told they don’t have enough cash on hand. No manager/supervisor working. Rude employees. Will be closing my accounts.

I'm so frustrated with these people. Not good customer service. I won't give them any star.
