Went in with a client and apparently the printers were not working all day so my client couldn't get a check. They would not allow him to get cash bc they said they didn't have the cash and they made him come back 6 hours later bc they required an appointment for him to wire his money. And although the wire was needed bc their systems didnt work and after a huge inconvenience of them coming back to the bank 3 times to get it resolved, they still charged for the wire and the branch manager Brian was totally unhelpful and didnt even offer an apology. All he said was there's nothing he can do. So come back later or drive 20 mins to the closest city that has another Wells Fargo. What a joke. I will always advise anyone I know to avoid Wells Fargo at all cost. Plus i think they were being a little racist to my client bc he was Hispanic and even though im black they offered to help me before they knew we were together and I was behind him.
