I’ve been banking with them over 4yrs and I had it today when I walked in to speak with the manager. THURSDAY the ATM took my deposit, issued a receipt sayin my deposit wasnt deposited and it encountered an error. I call make a claim still no refund… $40 was credited to my account but is was short over $100… I had to go get a police information report to take to the bank so I could get a refund, the manager didn’t look at it once! I called the claim line again emailed copy’s of it and the receipt that was printed… I will close my business account as soon as I receive the money that’s owed and do business else where
