3pm on a Monday and they are short staffed with no one in Leadership to talk to about my money market account. Terrible customer service to tell me to call someone or come back. Monday and Friday at all banks are peak days. Do better if you want to keep my business.

Cashed checks written from this bank chain in 4 different branches, including this one once. Today, however, she added an 8 dollar fee, and said it was protocol for those without an account here. I called the Summerville branch before going to any of the branches, and they said no issues if written from there. And there were no fees charged until today, she was adding the fee. Seems discriminatory really. Or they just changed the rules, but, she didn't seem to know, she said she dont know until she ran the check, but, then she said, If no account. So which is it? I suggested maybe because it was smaller than the others. She didn't know why, but then knew why, but, were two different reasons, random and no account. Which makes no sense, as there weren't any fees the last 4 times, different checks. So, maybe just discriminatory. I told her, based on last visits, if I wanted a loan or to open an account, whattdya think the chances of me ever coming here again are? Zero, I'll go to a real bank, that isn't hit or miss with a random fee.

Horrible customer service. I was with their branch in Augusta, GA and the ladies there were an absolute pleasure to work with and would go above and beyond to help me with any assistance they could. This branch is absolutely a nightmare to work with. The tellers are extremely rude and not helpful. There is one gentleman that is always nice to work with but the people that answer this branches phone are far from the service I was accustomed to in Augusta. I will certainly be leaving this bank and going with a more family and friend like feel rather than just another customer with a checking, savings and credit card account. It wont hurt them I'm sure but I'll feel better knowing I'm back with a bank that seems to care
