    This Wells Fargo is great. I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for 15+ years and I’ve definitely been to a few branches that aren’t up to my standards, but this location has been nothing but great for me. I’m always greeted immediately when I walk in and every teller has been great.

    I've banked here for 6 years. Never had an issue until today. I had 2 forms to have notarized and another issue that required an associate. The short blond woman that came to us and was very brash. She stated more than once that she had an appt.,what did we need. When told notary she rattled off the things they couldn't do. I showed her my paperwork and said the forms didn't mention a specific type of notary She rudely repeated herself as if I didn't understand. Again said she had an appt. and pointed to her customers! Then said you can wait. I have no idea how long or make an appt. We waited just a few minutes and a pleasant fellow came and took us to do the notary.He was very apologetic that he had an appt. or he could have helped us. Finding out we we both had accts. he again apologized,saying our business would probably only take 15 mins. but he couldn't help us. We did not know about appointments or would have used the option. Being greeted rudely is not acceptable. That woman needs to be retaught how to deal with your customers.

    Very disappointed with their service. The "seasoned" teller deposited a check into the wrong account, which caused a negative impact on that account. She had asked several times which account. I gave her the same response each time but failed to do so. Very nonchalant when addressed about the mistake and "hold" on my account for several days!!!!

    I was turned away at the door by a sign that said I had to have a mask on. So I went through the drive-thru which took at least five times longer only to see employees inside I wearing masks. Nice double standard.
